Sexual violence
Experiencing sexual harassment that was sustained and targeted
Unwanted sexual comments, advances, touching, or conduct that was repeated and targeted. In a workplace, a school, a community, or any other setting. Harassment that affected how you moved through the world.
Harassment that never lets up reshapes daily life one small dread at a time. Which routes you take, what you wear, when you leave. People who have not endured it call it a compliment problem or an overreaction. The exhaustion you carry from years of being hunted in ordinary places is a real injury with a real cause.
Nothing on this page is a diagnosis, and nothing here decides what is wrong with you, because nothing is wrong with you. Something happened to you. This page exists so that when you are ready, you can find people who understand it from the inside.
You do not have to carry this alone.
Bridge of Hope Recovery is a free, anonymous, peer-led fellowship for trauma survivors. Meetings run throughout the week by phone, by video, and in person. No cost, no waitlist, no one asking for your real name.
