Trouble holding down work or school
Jobs that end, courses that do not get finished, a work history with gaps you do not know how to explain. Not because of ability. Because concentration collapses, because a manager who reminds you of someone makes the building unbearable, because getting through the day takes everything and there is nothing left for turning up tomorrow. Because being watched, evaluated, or corrected lands somewhere much older than the job.
A work history full of endings gets read as a character problem, usually by people who have never had to work through what you work through. What is actually happening is a nervous system spending its whole budget on staying safe, with nothing left over for staying employed. Naming it correctly is where it starts to change, and the people here can tell you it does change.
